Toddler or Preschool Lead Teacher

O2B Kids is a GROWING education company throughout Florida, Georgia, Missouri, Minnesota, and Alabama ... with new states and centers on the way. We are currently looking for Lead Teachers for our Hunters Crossing location. The ideal candidate would love to work in a positive environment, help coach others, and have opportunities for growth.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Work Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5:30pm for full time employment
• Execute lesson plans and curriculum
• Maintain licensing requirements
• Complete required assessments and observations
• Talk to parents and help meet their needs
• Maintain cleanliness in the classroom
• Have fun!

Requirements

Training and experience is preferred, but we are a willing to train and support education through scholarships. There are some positions where specific credentials may be required.

• CDA or Florida Staff Crednetial
• CPR/First Aid
• Experience working with children 0-13 years-old
• Willing to train!
