Job Summary: Slavic401K is building up World-Class Information Technology and Security teams, and robust capabilities that drive organizational innovation. As a key member of our organization, you will need to be a highly skilled and innovative AI Machine Learning Engineer with a strong background in machine learning (ML), Azure AI Services, Azure OpenAI, Generative AI, Microsoft 365 Copilot, and Responsible AI principles. The AI Machine Learning Engineer will be responsible for developing and implementing AI and ML solutions that align with our company's strategic goals and ethical standards. You will be an integral part of building up a secure AI backbone infrastructure and tools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy AI and ML services and models using Azure AI Services, Azure OpenAI, and other relevant technologies.
• Apply ML techniques to analyze complex data sets and improve decision-making and process automation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI and ML capabilities into various applications and systems.
• Stay abreast of the latest advancements in Generative AI, Microsoft 365 Copilot, and ML to enhance our offerings.
• Ensure AI and ML solutions adhere to Responsible AI principles, including fairness, reliability, privacy, and security.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members in AI and ML methodologies.
• Document AI and ML development processes and maintain a repository of models and resources.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field.
• Proven experience with Azure AI Services, Azure OpenAI, Generative AI, and ML technologies, and implementing, testing custom models.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 Copilot and its applications in a business environment.
• Strong understanding of Responsible AI principles and their application in AI and ML model development.
• Excellent programming skills in languages such as C#, Javascript, Python, R, or Java.
• Experience with ML frameworks and Azure AI cloud services.
• Familiarity with integrations between Azure AI Services and Salesforce, Genesys.
• Ability to multi-task, work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate complex ideas effectively.

Preferred Skills:

• Hands-on experience designing, implementing secure AI/ML solutions.
• Experience in deploying AI and ML solutions in a cloud environment.
• Knowledge of data privacy regulations and compliance requirements.
• Self-driven, passionate, self-learning, analytically minded, data-oriented person.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with data warehouse or lake, Power BI.

Work Environment:

• This position requires the ability to work both independently and as part of a team, with occasional after-hours support for system maintenance and emergencies or meetings with offshore teams.

What's in it for you Package This role will have a base pay range of $80,000-$105,000 annual salary. Please know, this is the base range only and does not consider other components that make up the total rewards package for this role. This position is also eligible for an annual performance bonus .
