About the Role

What You'll Be Doing
As the Marketing Coordinator, you will:
- Oversee LinkedIn and Google Ads campaigns in collaboration with external agencies.
- Lead SEO efforts to increase search visibility and drive high-quality leads.
- Enhance and maintain the company website to ensure seamless user experience, content accuracy, and optimal technical performance.
- Develop case studies, whitepapers, and social media content to position the company as an industry leader.
- Collaborate with external agencies to produce graphics and video content.
- Manage and schedule posts across all social media channels and platforms.
- Implement and manage marketing automation campaigns and workflows (e.g., HubSpot or Pardot).
- Track and optimize key performance metrics such as lead quality and conversion rates.
- Coordinate participation in industry events, sponsorships, and PR activities (e.g., media coverage, speaking engagements).
- Analyze campaign performance and ROI to make data-driven decisions.
- Report on website traffic, lead conversions, and ad performance regularly.
- Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive client or company information.
What Youâll Bring to the Team
We are looking for a results-oriented and creative marketing professional with the following qualifications:
- Diploma or Associate Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum three years of B2B marketing experience, ideally within the electronic security, technology, or related industries.
- Experience with email marketing campaigns and lead generation strategies.
- Proficiency in Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, SEO best practices, and WordPress.
- Experience working with Zoho, HubSpot, or similar CRM/marketing automation platforms.
- Strong copywriting, storytelling, and content development skills across various formats.
- Excellent project management skills and experience collaborating with vendors and external agencies.
- Proactive, collaborative mindset with exceptional attention to detail.
Additional Requirements
- Background checks are required prior to employment.
- Ability to attend off-site events as needed.
Work Environment & Physical Requirements
- This role requires prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities can shift quickly.
- Ability to occasionally lift up to 20 lbs.
- $60,000 - $65,000 per year. Based on experience/qualifications.
