The Betr team is looking to hire a Senior Product Manager - Social Sportsbook to be a Product leader dedicated to the Social Sports gaming vertical. This role will be responsible for the discovery, planning, strategy and execution of our social sports product. We are looking for someone who is customer-focused to create simple experiences that our customers will love. Reporting to the Head of Sports Product and collaborating with our UX designers, you will lead this new vertical by creating simple game experiences that are fun and engaging. You will keep a close eye on the competition, ensuring we not only offer a better product but also always look for ways to simplify the experience. You will be involved in creating a long-term product strategy and in parallel driving execution. You will work closely with commercial, design, engineering, and media colleagues to set goals and drive success for your products.

About the role:

• Assess product opportunities across sports products, driving ideation and prioritization for new initiatives and products, establishing a roadmap and strategy
• Establish and maintain domain expertise on the product, market, and competitors
• Partner with the UX design team to discover new product opportunities
• Use data and analytics to identify problems and opportunities
• Create clear strategic documentation that will ensure alignment with stakeholders
• Collaborate with media, engineering, and commercial teams to solve problems, ensure iterative product launches and experimentation
• Demonstrate the capability of making the relevant compromises, focusing on the right balance between customer experience and time to market.
• Track and report objectively on product performance, recommending iterations or pivots as appropriate
• Identify cross-sell opportunities between Social, Fantasy, and other gaming verticals
• Become a subject matter expert, offering insights on the market and the competitors.

About You:

• Minimum 5-7 years’ experience as a digital product manager, head of product, director of product, or similar role required
• Proven track record of delivering successful and innovative digital products
• Ability to handle multiple simultaneous projects while effectively balancing scope, resourcing, time, and quality
• A strong sense of ownership and accountability for goals and deliverables
• Demonstrated success in cross-functionally influencing teams without formal authority
• Strong quantitative skills
• Excellent critical thinking skills
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Interest in and knowledge of sports, fantasy gaming, and/or sports betting is valuable but not required
• Experience with product discovery techniques, design thinking, and development flows is highly desired but not strictly required
