Registered Nurse RN - Multiple Units - Sign on Bonus and Relocation Assistance

• Cardiac Neuro (Med-Tele)
• Cardiac Neuro (Stroke Unit)
• Med Surg

FT Days and Nights Shifts Available - 7a-7p or 7p-7a (rotating weekends)

Position Summary:

The Registered Nurse is responsible for the observation, assessment, nursing diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation of care; health teaching and counseling of the ill, injured, or infirm; and the promotion of wellness, maintenance of health, and prevention of illness of others. Administers medications and treatments as prescribed or authorized by a duly licensed practitioner authorized by the laws of this state to prescribe such medications and treatments.

What you will do:

• You will assess, plan, intervene and evaluate the care of medical and surgical patients.
• You will instruct patients and families regarding medications and treatment instructions.
• You will maintain and review patients’ records including posting tests and examination results.
• You will administer medications in accordance with physician orders.

Compensation:

Pay Rate:  UP to $44.68/hr. (17+ years of experience)

Shift Diff: $4.50/hr. for nights and $1.50/hr. weekends

Sign on: Days: $10,000, Nights: $15,000

Relocation Assistance:  Yes; Case by Case

Requirements

Must-Have Requirements:

• Prefer at least 1 year of Recent (within the last year or 2) RN ACUTE CARE EXPERIENCE. *Would consider Acute REHAB Experience for Med Tele*
• For Stroke Unit: Must have 1 year of Recent (within the last year or 2) Acute Care RN experience. Would consider Acute Rehab (Kindred, Encompass, HealthSouth, Select Specialty) and must be comfortable working in a stroke unit.
• Active unencumbered Florida Registered Nurse License or Multi-State Compact license
• Minimum of ASN or ADN
• BLS ACLS upon hire
