Your New Role

This position is based in Florida, primarily within a 50-mile radius of North Port. You’ll:

• Diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems (heating, cooling, ventilation)

• Deliver exceptional customer service and build long-term client trust

• Document service calls and recommendations with clarity and precision

• Communicate clearly with homeowners and teammates

• Maintain cleanliness and care of the truck, tools, and inventory

• Collaborate with a team that’s serious about doing the job right

• EPA Universal Certification (required)

• 4+ years of residential HVAC service experience

• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills

• Excellent communication and customer service abilities

• Ability to work full-time, including occasional overtime

• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
