Field Service Technician
- Maintenance: Perform routine upkeep and basic repairs on assigned equipment.
- Troubleshoot: Resolve hardware issues and basic internet environment connectivity.
- Customer Support: Ensure high satisfaction through efficient, professional on-site service.

- Maintenance & Repair: Perform routine maintenance and basic repairs on assigned Canon equipment according to documented standards to ensure peak performance.
- Customer Satisfaction: Provide responsive and accurate on-site service, maintaining a professional demeanor to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records of technical information, Field Service Reports (FSRs), and expense reports.
- Communication: Report product failure trends or serviceability issues to management with the necessary supporting documentation.
- Metrics: Work toward achieving specific branch and district metric targets related to machine performance and service efficiency.
- Asset Management: Properly maintain all assigned Canon property, including tools, parts, and technical documentation.
