What You’ll Do
Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and Zoom
Help clients understand and choose benefit options
Guide customers through insurance plans in simple, clear terms
Conduct virtual consultations with new & existing clients
Keep accurate records and stay updated on products/services
Be part of a supportive, collaborative remote team
Who We’re Looking For
No experience required – full training provided
High School Diploma or GED (college students & recent grads welcome)
Strong communication & people skills (written + verbal)
Comfortable using Zoom, email, and online tools
Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S.
