Flower Designer
:
We are looking for a creative Flower Designer to create beautiful arrangements that cater to our client's tastes at our Palm Beach location. As flower designer, you must be very creative and intuitive. Our shop gauges skill based on sample arrangements we'll ask you to create. We want you to show us your artistic style and innovation in action. You'll be collaborating closely with a multi-disciplinary team and be expected to turn client expectations into reality.
Responsibilities
- Engage clients and make them feel appreciated and taken care of
- Perform a skilled assessment based on client expectations
- Develop creative flower displays and arrangements for clients
- Produce the final designs with flowers and trims in all styles and colors
Skills
- Must speak English fluently
- Proven experience as a flower designer or similar role
- Basic knowledge of design and aesthetics
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Creativity and attention to detail
- Well-organized and reliable
- High school diploma
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $25.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Weekends as needed
Experience:
- Retail sales: 1 year (Preferred)
- Merchandising: 1 year (Preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
Work Location: In person
