Full‑Time Automotive Service Greeter / Driver / Porter

Audi Sarasota is seeking a dependable, customer‑focused, and hardworking individual to join our Service Team as a Service Greeter / Driver / Porter . We're part of the proudly family‑owned Sunset Automotive Group , serving Sarasota and Manatee counties with integrity and outstanding customer care.

About the Role

This is a front‑line, customer service position that plays a key role in creating a positive experience for our service guests. You will be the first friendly face our customers see when they arrive and an essential support to our service department throughout the day.

What You'll Do:

• Greet customers as they arrive in the service drive and ensure they feel welcome
• Direct customers to the appropriate advisor or waiting area
• Assist with basic vehicle intake tasks, including protective covers and vehicle tags
• Move and stage vehicles for service appointments
• Transport vehicles to the service lot or shop as needed
• Help maintain a clean, organized service drive and customer areas
• Provide customer transportation when needed
• Step in wherever necessary to help the department run smoothly

This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in being reliable, helpful, and professional and enjoys staying active during the workday.

Schedule

• Full‑time, daytime hours
• Monday–Friday: 7:30am–6:00pm (shifts scheduled within these hours)
• Saturday: 8:00am–4:00pm
• Closed Sundays

What We're Looking For

• Friendly, professional, and customer‑oriented attitude
• Strong reliability and full‑time availability Monday through Saturday
• Ability to work on your feet and around vehicles throughout the shift
• Valid driver's license
• Verifiable work history
• Previous dealership experience is a plus, but not required
