Our client, a leader in the service industry, is seeking a dedicated and proactive Field Enablement Manager to join their dynamic team. As a vital part of the Operations Department supporting regional teams, the ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, strategic thinking, and excellent communication skills, which will enable them to thrive and make a meaningful impact within the organization.
Job Title: Field Enablement Manager
Location: Remote
Pay Range: 90-100K
Shift: Monday through Friday
What's the Job?
- Build and lead a high-performing Regional Manager structure to ensure operational excellence
- Optimize technician utilization, development, and career progression for W2 and contracted teams
- Serve as the escalation leader for real-time field execution challenges and resolve issues efficiently
- Own technician project training, SOP clarity, and project readiness to ensure seamless operations
- Develop leaders, elevate field capability, and create scalable systems that increase execution velocity
What's Needed?
- Proven experience in managing field operations or related roles
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to analyze performance metrics and implement improvement strategies
- Experience working with W2 technicians and contractor teams is preferred
