What is the job?
Cart Drivers are responsible for ensuring the safe transportation of guests to and from the guest parking lot. Cart Drivers make themselves available in the front of the hotel as well as in the parking lot so that guests are consistently provided with quick and convenient transportation. Drivers must use caution and situational awareness when driving while. As one of the first team members guests interact with during their stay, customer service is made a priority by focusing on positive guest experience and survey recognition.

Routine duties include:
· Transport guests from hotel to the parking lot.
· Share knowledge of area's attractions, restaurants, and points of interest to guests.
· Portray a visible and vivacious attitude exuding hospitality.
· Utilize time management skills to ensure guests arrive and depart in a timely manner.
· Ensure the highest standards of guests’ safety and assist guests with boarding, loading, and unloading of luggage, etc.
· Maintain the cleanliness of the cart on a daily basis.
· Ensure carts are put on charge when not in use and
· Communicate with management/other departments concerning any cart issues.
· Maintain a fun and friendly attitude towards guests.
· Assist with promoting positive guest relations via positive surveys and positive social media reviews.
· Other duties as assigned.

Required Skills/Abilities:
· Must be able to sit for long durations.
· Must have a valid Florida Driver’s License and be insurable by our company.
· Experience providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.
· Able to perform high-quality work while unsupervised.
· Must be able to work outdoors in all weather conditions.

Your Day a Day:
· Transport guests from hotel to the parking lot.

· Utilizes organizational and time management skills to ensure guests arrive and depart in a timely manner.
· Ensure the highest standards of guest's safety and assist guest with boarding and unloading.
· Maintain the cleanliness of the shuttle on a daily basis.
· Maintain a fun and friendly attitude towards guest.
· Other duties as assigned.

Required Skills/Abilities:
· Must be able to lift up to 50lbs.
· Must have a valid Driver’s License and be insurable by our company.
· Experience providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.
· Able to perform high-quality work while unsupervised.
