Condominium Assistant Manager

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Property Manager in managing daily operations of the property
• Respond to resident inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner
• Coordinate and assist in overseeing maintenance and repairs of the property
• Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial reports
• Assist in the processing resident applications for available units
• Creating outstanding relationships by developing engaging resident communications
• Perform regular inspections of the property to ensure it is well-maintained and meets safety standards
• Assist in the enforcement of community rules & regulations
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of resident & community information, per statute
• Assist in the preparation of community policies & procedures, agreements and other necessary documents
• Assist in preparing for and attending Board Meetings as needed

Qualifications:

• Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of experience in property management or related field
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Building Link, Accounting software
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Knowledge of community association management laws and regulations
• Experience with budgeting and financial reporting
• Experience with processing resident applications and marketing
• Ability to handle resident complaints and resolve conflicts
• Experience with property maintenance and repair
• Experience with vendor management
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
