Senior Accounts Payable / Receivable Specialist Position Overview We are seeking a seasoned, team-oriented AP/AR Specialist with a heavy focus on Accounts Payable to join a dynamic finance team. This role is critical to maintaining the integrity of our financial records and supporting the controllers. The ideal candidate is a "software power user" who thrives in a collaborative environment and has a proven track record of managing high-volume financial transactions with precision.

salary: $26 - $28.5 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM
education: No Degree Required

Responsibilities

• AP Management: Manage the full-cycle accounts payable process, including vendor invoice verification, coding, and processing.

• AR Support: Assist with accounts receivable functions, including collections and payment applications.

• Systems Expertise: Utilize SAP daily to manage financial data and reporting.

• Collaboration: Work closely with the Controllers and management to ensure all financial deadlines are met.

• Compliance: Ensure all financial records are maintained in accordance with standard accounting principles and company policy.
