Key Responsibilities

As a Superintendent, you’ll be on the front lines of project execution—responsible for site coordination, schedule adherence, safety enforcement, and quality assurance.

• Lead day-to-day on-site construction operations

• Supervise and coordinate subcontractors and trades

• Manage schedules, inspections, materials, and logistics

• Maintain safe, clean, and well-organized job sites

• Conduct and document progress meetings

• Collaborate with the Project Manager on budgets, cost controls, and contracts

• Ensure compliance with safety standards, SWPPP, and company protocols

What We’re Looking For

• ✅ 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction

• ✅ Strong knowledge of ground-up construction , especially Big Box Retail or Grocery

• ✅ Walmart project experience is a major plus

• ✅ Comfortable with scheduling, quality control, subcontractor management

• ✅ OSHA 30 Certification (or willing to obtain upon hire)

• ✅ SWPPP Certification (preferred)

• ✅ Proficient in MS Office; WRIKE and FieldWire familiarity a bonus

• ✅ Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills

• ✅ Willingness to travel and manage out-of-town projects as needed
