Senior .NET Developer - Full Stack Software Engineer (Hybrid - Warren, NJ)

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality .NET applications using C#, .NET Framework, and .NET Core
- Analyze system requirements, prioritize development tasks, and write clean, testable, and scalable code
- Create comprehensive technical specifications and architectural designs for enterprise software solutions
- Develop and optimize REST APIs and web services for seamless system integration
- Test, debug, and refactor .NET applications to ensure optimal performance and reliability
- Implement Azure cloud technologies including Key Vault, Blob Storage, and Graph API
- Design and optimize SQL databases with expertise in T-SQL, schemas, and performance tuning
- Mentor and support junior developers, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices
- Collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams using modern software development methodologies
- Document development processes and operational procedures for knowledge sharing and project continuity
- Stay current with emerging trends in software development, maritime logistics technology, and project management
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Proven experience as a Senior .NET Developer or Software Engineer in enterprise environments
- Expert-level proficiency in .NET Framework and .NET Core with C# programming
- Strong knowledge of object-oriented design, multi-threading, dependency injection, and asynchronous development patterns
- Demonstrated expertise in Azure cloud services (Key Vault, Blob Storage, Graph API)
- Advanced SQL development skills with deep knowledge of T-SQL, database schemas, and performance optimization
- Extensive experience with Entity Framework (both Core and Standard)
- Proven ability to design and develop REST APIs and web services
- Strong expertise in Windows Forms (WinForms) application development
- Ability to manage multiple complex software projects simultaneously
- Deep understanding of modern software design patterns and development methodologies (Agile, DevOps, etc.)
- Experience serving as technical point of escalation for architecture-related activities
- Commitment to maintaining current knowledge of technological developments and industry trends
- Must be able to reliably commute to Warren, NJ office on a daily basis for hybrid work arrangement
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with C++ and MFC (Microsoft Foundation Classes)
- Proficiency in HTML5, JavaScript, jQuery, and JQWidgets
- Knowledge of TypeScript and Angular framework
- Experience in the maritime or logistics industry
