Pay: $70,000 year 1 on target earnings
$40K base + commission for completed appointments
Type: Direct hire
Schedule: M-F, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Job description:
- Drive high-volume outbound prospecting, making 100–150 sales calls per day to new prospective customers through a combination of qualified leads and self-generated prospects.
- Generate and achieve 60 sales presentation appointments per month, partnering closely with Sales Consultants to move qualified opportunities through the sales process.
- Deliver 15 new customer wins per month from self-generated prospects while consistently working toward individual and team sales targets.
- Maintain an organized prospect pipeline and execute daily outreach plans using a CRM, accurately documenting calls, outcomes, notes, and customer information.
- Bring a high-energy, competitive, self-starting sales mentality with a strong desire to earn incentives, build relationships, continuously improve your sales approach, and grow your career.

Requirements:
