Job Overview:

The Enhancement Crew Member plays a crucial role in executing various enhancement projects, including installing new features, improving existing landscapes, and ensuring overall project quality. This position requires hands-on work and collaboration with other team members to achieve high standards of craftsmanship and client satisfaction. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Landscape Installation:  Assist in the installation of landscape enhancements, including plantings, hardscapes (such as patios, walkways, and retaining walls), irrigation systems, and decorative elements. 

• Site Preparation:  Prepare job sites by clearing debris, leveling ground, and setting up equipment. Ensure that all necessary materials and tools are ready for use. 

• Maintenance and Upgrades:  Perform maintenance and improvement tasks on existing landscapes, such as pruning, mulching, and soil conditioning. Implement design modifications based on project specifications and client requests. 

• Quality Assurance:  Ensure that all work meets company standards and client expectations. Conduct final inspections of completed projects and make necessary adjustments to achieve desired outcomes. 

• Team Collaboration:  Work effectively with other crew members, following instructions from supervisors and assisting with various tasks as needed to complete projects efficiently. 

• Safety Practices:  Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment. Report any safety concerns or incidents to a supervisor immediately. 

• Customer Interaction:  Represent Sunrise Landscape professionally on job sites, addressing client questions or concerns with courtesy and respect. 

Qualifications:

• Experience:  Previous experience in landscaping or a related field is preferred but not required. On-the-job training will be provided. 

• Skills:  Strong attention to detail and ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting, digging, and operating landscaping equipment. 

• Knowledge:  Basic understanding of landscaping practices, plant care, and hardscape installation is a plus. Willingness to learn and develop new skills. 

• Education:  High school diploma or equivalent preferred. 

• Physical Requirements:  Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and perform physically demanding tasks.
