QA Tester
- Assist in the execution of manual test cases for new features, enhancements, and bug fixes.
- Document and maintain test plans, test cases, and test results based on project requirements.
- Validate new software functionality against defined acceptance criteria.
- Log, track, and retest defects using Jira or similar issue tracking systems.
- Perform regression testing to ensure existing functionality is not affected by code changes.
- Work collaboratively with developers and business analysts to ensure a common understanding of requirements and expected behavior.
- Help identify potential quality issues early in the development cycle and escalate them appropriately.
- Help troubleshoot/replicate errors in production environment.
- Support user acceptance testing (UAT) as needed.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow defined processes.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Basic understanding of software development and QA concepts.
- Familiarity with manual testing processes; formal QA experience is a plus but not required.
- Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with Jira or similar tools is a plus.
- Must be able to work in an office setting and occasionally a warehouse setting.
