About the Role:

Join our expanding team as a Title Assistant and play a vital role in one of life's most significant milestones. In this fast-paced environment, you will support our title and closing team through diverse responsibilities, including customer support and administrative duties. This position offers an opportunity to establish a strong career foundation, with clear pathways for professional advancement within our team.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Handling a high volume of phone calls and emails with a professional and positive attitude.
• Assisting in the closing process, such as opening orders, inputting closing statement information, and collecting and reviewing existing documents.
• Ordering and reviewing HOA estoppels, mortgage payoffs, and lien searches.
• Maintaining accurate and organized records of all digital documents.
• Preparing documents for closing by completing forms and statements.
• Performing a wide variety of administrative duties to support team members.

What You'll Bring:

• Education: High School diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: We will train the right person.
• Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage shifting priorities.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• A resourceful and proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Clear, concise, and effective oral and written communication.
• Ability to quickly adapt to new software applications and technologies.
