Sansar Tec seeks 2 experienced Project Managers who can work independently with strong communication and organizational skills. These positions require managing multiple large-scale, cross-functional projects of medium to high complexity that significantly impact the enterprise. The role may occasionally require dual responsibilities as both Project Manager and Business Analyst.
- Contract Term: November 1, 2025 - June 30, 2026 (with possible renewal based on performance and budget availability)
- Work Location: Burns Building, 605 Suwannee Street, Tallahassee, FL 32301
- Work Arrangement: On-site position (no telecommuting available)
- Work Hours: Flexible schedule between 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM, with Saturday availability as needed
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and proactively update project status tracking
- Complete required project status reporting for FDOT and Department of Management Service - Florida Digital Service (FLDS)
- Ensure compliance with DMS-FLDS Chapter 60GG-1 F.A.C. reporting and documentation requirements
- Analyze schedules, maintain schedule logic, and review critical paths
- Coordinate with project teams and vendors to collect status updates and resolve conflicts
- Prepare and maintain cost estimates, baseline budgets, and variance reports
- Perform legislative budget request duties
- Conduct QA reviews and provide feedback to ensure standards compliance
REQUIREMENTS
Education & Certification
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, Communication, or related field
- Required: Current Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI)
Project Management:
- Extensive knowledge of the principles, methods, practices, tools, and techniques outlined in the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK) (current version).
- Knowledge of various types of contracts, and development techniques for procurement documents such as: Requests for Quotes (RFQ), Requests for Purchase (RFP), Invitation to Bid (ITB), Invitation to Negotiate (ITN), and Single Source.
- Skill in the use of the methods and tools used for risk assessment and mitigation of risks.
- Ability to coordinate and manage projects and resources from a high and discreet level, including cost, work, and Vendor performance.
- Ability to categorize work, set priorities, and determine short and/or long-term goals and strategies to achieve them.
- Ability to accurately estimate time requirements for assigned tasks for a project.
- Ability to plan, organize, coordinate, and prioritize work assignments.
- Ability to put the ideologies, techniques, and tools into practice.
- Ability to discreetly reconcile project budgets.
Business and Technical Analysis:
- Knowledge of the principles, practices, and techniques of the system development life cycle.
- Ability to produce legible and complete functional documentation in a way that thoroughly captures all business requirements, processes, and inputs/outputs of activities.
- Ability to analyze and accurately define processes and workflows to design efficient process solutions, including missing or duplicate functionality in existing processes;
- Ability to work effectively with individual staff and a work unit, to identify and document requirements for the maintenance, enhancement, or development of computer application systems, including technical overviews and context diagrams.
- Ability to evaluate data outputs from computer applications and identify system problems.
- Ability to interpret and communicate technical information related to business processes, computer programming, and data processing, both verbally and in writing.
- Must be able to perform QA reviews and provide valuable feedback in determining that standards are met and that documents are complete and comprehensive.
- Strong understanding of project budget reconciliation to the approved budget.

- Advanced skills with Microsoft products: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Project.
- Ability to relate to customers’ needs, document their requirements, and perform duties in the absence of staff.
- Ability to receive and give constructive criticism and maintain effective work relationships with others.
- Ability to adjust to changing demands in a dynamic environment with diverse work assignments.
