Trendy Lash Styles is a women-owned beauty studio inside Countryside Mall. We specialize in lash extensions, brows, and beauty services that empower women to look and feel their best. As a small business, we take pride in building real relationships—with our clients and our team.

Location: Trendy Lash Styles – Countryside Mall, Clearwater, FL

The Opportunity
We’re looking for licensed lash technicians and threading/brow specialists who are motivated, professional, and excited to grow. Whether you’re part-time or full-time, this is a 1099 commission-based role with big income potential for go-getters who want to build a strong book of clients. Part-time Hourly Pay is also offered.

What You’ll Do

• Apply eyelash extensions (classic, hybrid, and volume)
• Provide lash lifts, tints, waxing, and/or threading (threading/brow skills highly desired)
• Educate clients on aftercare + recommend products/services
• Deliver outstanding client experiences every single visit
• Use social media to share your work and grow your clientele
• Maintain a clean, professional workspace and follow sanitation standards

What We’re Looking For
✅ Florida State Esthetician or Cosmetology License (required)
✅ 1–2+ years of lash extension experience (handmade volume fans a plus)
✅ Customer service + sales skills
✅ Social media presence and willingness to promote your work
✅ Positive, professional, and goal-driven mindset
✅ Weekend availability

Compensation
Commission-based (1099) + tips. Details discussed during interview. Part-time Hourly Pay is also offered.
