We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Warehouse Manager to lead operations at a newly established site in the West Palm Beach area. This role is ideal for a proactive leader who can build structure, optimize processes, and ensure efficient day-to-day warehouse operations from the ground up.

The Warehouse Manager will be responsible for overseeing all inventory, shipping, receiving, and dispatch functions while ensuring accuracy, safety, and operational efficiency. This individual will play a critical role in coordinating logistics, managing stock levels, and supporting business growth through strong organizational and leadership capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory control, and shipping/dispatch
• Coordinate and schedule inbound and outbound shipments to ensure timely deliveries
• Oversee and participate in loading and unloading of trucks, ensuring proper handling of materials
• Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate stock records using inventory management systems
• Prevent stock shortages and overages through effective planning and cycle counting
• Ensure all orders are accurately picked, packed, and dispatched on time
• Establish and maintain efficient warehouse layout, organization, and material flow
• Supervise goods storage to ensure product integrity and proper handling
• Maintain detailed records, reports, and documentation related to inventory and shipments
• Implement and enforce warehouse safety procedures and best practices
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, reduce costs, and increase operational efficiency
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth logistics coordination

Qualifications

• 5+ years of warehouse, logistics, or distribution management experience
• Experience setting up or managing warehouse operations in a new or growing facility strongly preferred
• Strong knowledge of inventory management systems (ERP/WMS)
• Proven experience managing deliveries, shipments, and dispatch operations
• Ability to coordinate loading/unloading and manage material flow efficiently
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities
• Experience with safety compliance and warehouse best practices
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and warehouse reporting tools

Preferred Experience

• Experience in technical products, manufacturing, or industrial environments
• Familiarity with international shipping or import/export processes
• Background working in fast-paced, high-growth environments
