Spanning more than 28,000 square feet of indoor–outdoor space, the club features premium pickleball courts, curated cultural experiences, and a vibrant food and beverage program led by Chef John Fraser and JF Restaurants. JF Restaurants is seeking passionate and experienced Garde Manger and Broiler Cooks to join our culinary team at Hamlin House. This is a unique opportunity to grow within an award-winning restaurant group while contributing to a dynamic and high-performing kitchen.

Our cooks play a key role in delivering exceptional dishes with precision, consistency, and creativity. Whether leading the cold station or executing perfectly cooked proteins on the broiler, you will be an integral part of a fast-paced, team-driven environment committed to excellence.

• Execute all menu items and mise en place with accuracy and consistency
• Maintain organized, clean, and efficient workstations
• Collaborate with BOH leadership and team members to ensure smooth service
• Uphold the highest standards of food quality, safety, and sanitation
• Communicate effectively regarding product quality and inventory needs
• Demonstrate urgency, professionalism, and attention to detail
• Participate in family meal and support overall kitchen operations
• Assist with station breakdown and deep cleaning

• Previous experience as a cook in a high-volume, quality-driven kitchen
• Strong understanding of cooking techniques (especially cold prep or broiler/grill execution)
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to excellence
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
