Join Our Team as a Full-Time Front Desk - Guest Ambassador at Precision Imaging Centers!

Precision Imaging Centers is expanding in northeast Florida, and we are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Front Desk - Guest Ambassador for our St Augustine location. This full-time position offers a fantastic opportunity to grow with a dynamic and patient-focused organization. The schedule will be Monday through Wednesday from 7 am to 7 pm.

Position Overview:

As a Guest Ambassador, you will be the first point of contact for our patients, creating a welcoming experience and managing front desk operations. We are seeking candidates with strong customer service skills and a passion for enhancing patient experiences.

In addition to front desk responsibilities, you will collaborate with our marketing team to promote services and engage with patients through email campaigns and outreach efforts. The ideal candidate will be comfortable explaining healthcare information to non-medical patients in our community.Essential Job Functions:

• Answer patient questions and provide information on procedures and wait times (35%)
• Create a welcoming experience by greeting patients and providing exceptional service (35%)
• Direct guests and manage patient registration (10%)
• Promote and educate patients about available services (5%)
• Stock refreshments and encourage satisfied patients to leave reviews (5%)
• Maintain clean waiting areas and perform general cleaning duties (10%)

Non-Essential Job Functions:

• Attend marketing team meetings to stay informed on new initiatives
• Compile and maintain reports as needed
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's degree preferred
• Work Experience: Prior experience in customer service, front desk, or reception, ideally in hospitality
• Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to simplify information for patients

Physical Requirements:

• Standing and sitting for extended periods
• Ability to occasionally lift items over 25 lbs.
