Reese Roofing & Construction is a veteran-owned, fast-growing roofing company serving the Tampa Bay area. We’re known for integrity, professionalism, and doing right by our homeowners. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for an experienced Roofing Sales Representative who knows how to close deals, build relationships, and represent a trusted local brand.

This role is ideal for a proven roofing salesperson who wants strong support, quality systems, and a compensation plan that rewards performance. You’ll be responsible for inspecting roofs, presenting solutions, and closing both self-generated and company-provided leads.

Requirements

• Previous roofing sales experience (required)
• Strong closing skills and confidence presenting to homeowners
• Ability to self-generate leads through networking and follow-up
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
• Comfortable working in the field and on roofs
• Professional appearance and communication skills
• Coachable mindset and team-first attitude

💰 Compensation

• $50,000 annual draw-style salary
• 2 weeks paid training
• Up to 14% commission on self-generated leads
• Up to 10% commission on company-generated leads
• Uncapped earning potential
• Paid as commissions are earned against the draw

Top performers can significantly exceed the base draw through commissions.
