This full-time Leasing Consultant / Lifestyle Coordinator contract is an excellent opportunity for a polished, experienced professional who takes pride in delivering a high-end leasing experience while also fostering an engaging, community-driven resident lifestyle.

Position Overview

You will serve as the front-facing representative of the apartment community, engaging prospects, conducting tours, and supporting daily leasing operations. In addition to leasing responsibilities, this role includes lifestyle coordination and resident engagement, making it ideal for someone who enjoys planning events, building relationships, and enhancing the resident experience—particularly within an active adult demographic.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct professional apartment tours and engage prospective residents
• Process leasing applications and required documentation accurately
• Follow up with prospects to support leasing activity and contribute to sales goals
• Provide exceptional customer service to residents and prospects
• Plan and coordinate resident events and community engagement activities
• Support resident retention initiatives through relationship-building and service excellence
• Maintain Fair Housing compliance and professional office standards

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Prior multifamily leasing experience required
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Experience or interest in event planning preferred (not required)
• Comfortable working with an active adult demographic
• Polished, professional appearance and demeanor required
• Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
• Must be available for weekend coverage (required)

• Pay Rate:$19/hour
  • Schedule: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM-Weekdays
  • Some weekend coverage required
• Type:Full-Time, Contract
• Estimated Start Date:April 7, 2026
