Blower truck Assistant
American GroundPro is hiring for the 2026 Season and is seeking Blower Truck Crew members. This is a great opportunity to join a fast growing locally owned company. We are looking for people with a positive attitude, willingness to learn and a drive to succeed. This position provides labor support and assists in all job duties of the mulch blowing. Training and advancement opportunities are available, CDL training available. Landscape and/or Construction experience is a plus!

Non-negotiable Requirements:
- Ability to perform manual labor (i.e pulling mulch hose, installing mulch via hose, backpack blowing, etc.)
- Use of a back-pack blower.
- Must work occasional weekends
- Start time is 6:30 am, with the possibility of earlier start times based on job location.
- Assisting lead operator to complete all job duties.
- Maintain tool inventory on truck.
- Close attention to mulch installation and clean-up.
- Strong sense of safety and the ability and willingness to comply with safety standards.
- Other duties as assigned.
