Caregiver

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
• Provide assistance with toileting as needed
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients and their families
• Help clients with mobility and physical exercises
• Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding when necessary
• Light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and safe living environment
• Transportation, shopping & errands
• Medication reminders

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in caregiving or healthcare preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate and patient demeanor
• Ability to follow care plans and procedures
• Must pass a background check and drug screening
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends
• HHA Certificate or CNA License in state of Florida
• Must have own vehicle and insurance
