Licensed Esthetician - The Refinery Medspa & Wellness

Location: 4311 Norfolk Pkwy #114, West Melbourne, FL 32904
Position: Licensed Esthetician
Reports To: Clinical or Spa Manager

As a Licensed Esthetician at The Refinery Medspa & Wellness , you will deliver safe, results-oriented skincare treatments while promoting long-term client care. You will engage with clients, recommend personalized treatments and products, and help clients achieve their aesthetic goals. A professional demeanor, adherence to protocols, and a commitment to client satisfaction are essential.

• Hourly Rate: $20–$30 per hour (depending on experience)

• Additional Compensation: Commission and tips

• Expected Hours: Monday to Saturday

• Weekends & Occasional Evenings: Required based on demand

• Time off & PTO: Subject to advance approval and company policy

• Perform customized facials, dermaplaning, peels, extractions, and device-based treatments per protocol

• Conduct thorough skin consultations and develop personalized treatment plans

• Maintain accurate client charts, product logs, and consent documentation

• Uphold cleanliness standards and efficient room turnover

• Recommend products and encourage rebooking to enhance client outcomes

Your performance will be reviewed monthly based on the following KPIs:

• Rebooking rate

• Retail-to-service ratio

• Monthly revenue per provider

• Client satisfaction and review volume

• Treatment utilization and upgrade adoption

You will have monthly meetings with leadership to review your performance and set growth goals.

We provide advanced training at no cost. For training valued over $1,500, a 12-month retention clause applies. Early resignation may require repayment on a prorated basis.

By joining our team, you agree not to solicit clients, employees, or vendors of The Refinery Medspa & Wellness for a competing business within 12 months following voluntary or involuntary termination.

• Active and valid esthetician license must be maintained

• Compliance with OSHA, HIPAA, and state board protocols is required

• Any additional employment in the aesthetics industry must be disclosed and may be subject to non-compete review
