Job Description:
We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Land Trust Services Administrator to join our team. In this essential role, you will be responsible for facilitating the creation, coordination, and termination of land trusts, as well as providing crucial legal support and administrative assistance to ensure the smooth operation of our office.
Requirements
Land Trust Creation:
• Assist in the preparation and creation of land trusts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal requirements.
• Coordinate with attorneys, paralegals, and clients to gather necessary information and documentation for land trust formation.
Closing Coordination:
• Facilitate the closing process for land trust transactions, including coordinating with all relevant parties, scheduling appointments, and ensuring timely completion of paperwork.
Land Trust Termination:
• Manage the termination process for land trusts, including preparing documentation and coordinating with clients and legal professionals to ensure compliance with all legal obligations.
Existing Client/Customer Support
· Assist with ongoing maintenance and document preparation for existing clients, including estate planning and asset protection needs.
· Support attorneys in drafting, reviewing, and organizing legal documents for clients, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
· Coordinate the execution of documents, including printing, notarizing, and arranging for client signatures.
· Schedule and manage courier services for overnight deliveries via UPS or FedEx as needed.
· Answer phone calls, communicate with clients, and address their questions or concerns promptly and professionally.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in office administration is a plus.
- Five (5) years of proven experience in an administrative or office support role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency with office software, including Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
