Sales & Customer Service Representative
Community Sports Partners is one of the largest and fastest-growing private youth sports operators in the GTA. We are dedicated to providing fun, engaging experiences that create lasting memories for the youth and families in our communities!
We are seeking a driven Sales & Customer Service Representative to join our sales team. This is a full-time , in-office role focused on building relationships, creating opportunities, and closing deals. If you're the type of person who thrives in a competitive environment, loves to hustle, and wants to win through driving growth and hitting targets, then we want to hear from you.
Requirements
- Competitive drive to win
- Strong experience and successes in Sales
- Inside Sales and Lead Generation skills
- Ability to build and maintain a pipeline of potential customers, to connect with customers and close deals
- Knowledge of CRM tools to track interactions and update lead information accurately
- Strong Communication and people skills. Excellent interpersonal skills
- Fluency in Spanish is a bonus
- Ability to work independently and as part of a sales team
Benefits
Compensation: Competitive based on experience plus commission structure
