Market Barista
Summary
At Hyatt, we believe our guests choose us because of our caring, attentive associates who create meaningful experiences every day. We are looking for a friendly and service‑focused Market Barista to join our Starbucks team located on the resort property.
What You’ll Do
- Prepare and serve Starbucks beverages according to brand and menu standards
- Take guest orders accurately and deliver prompt, welcoming service
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting café environment
- Proactively upsells products, seasonal offerings, and add-ons to enhance the guest experience
- Support daily operations, restock products, and ensure a high level of guest satisfaction
What We’re Looking For
- A positive, guest‑focused attitude
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Previous barista or customer service experience is a plus, but not required
