Carpenter

Wellington International is seeking a Full-Time Carpenter.
We are seeking a skilled and experienced detail-oriented Carpenter for our Facilities Maintenance Department.
The following are some of the key responsibilities required to be successful at the job.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Performs all major repairs to all wood structures at the facility.
• Maintains the upkeep of all buildings at the facility.
• Installs all finish hardware (e.g., door closers, door handles/knobs, hooks and hangers).
• Seals and paints all structures at the facility.
• Assists with small construction projects at the facility.
• Assists other departments when needed (e.g., facility and grounds maintenance departments).
• All other duties as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must adhere to all company policies.
• Ability to determine work priorities.
• Able to communicate clearly and effectively.
• Ability to make decisions and take appropriate actions.
• Ability to meet schedules and deadlines of the work area.
• Must be able to work the weekends, as needed.
