We are looking for a talented, motivated and competitive Sales Manager with experience in our industry that is eager to join a fast-growing company in a very fast-paced market. An enthusiastic Sales Manager will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition, revenue growth objectives and company growth objectives. You must be comfortable leading and overseeing a sales team, developing sales strategies, setting goals, coaching sales representatives, analyzing performance data, and ensuring the team meets or exceeds sales targets.

The expectations for this position include, but are not limited to the following:
- Conducting Sales Meetings – Discussing targets, strategies and progress with the team to ensure everyone is aligned and focused.
- Training and Development – Provide training sessions and/or coaching sessions to the sales team to improve their sales skills and product knowledge.
- Sales – selling product – which includes lead generation and deal closing
- Develop client base and client relationships
- Set priorities and goals
- Leadership skills: Ability to motivate, inspire and guide a sales team.
- Problem-solving skills: Identify and resolve challenges within the sales process.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills: Effectively interact with clients, team members and stakeholders.

- Sales acumen: Deep understanding of sales principles, techniques and best practices.
- Analytical skills: Ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make informed decisions.

- Ability to quickly learn and become proficient in using software programs utilized by the company.
- Training and development skills: Effectively training sales team in software programs utilized by the company. Effectively coach and mentor sales team.

- Bi-Lingual or Tri-Lingual is a plus, but not required.
- This is a full-time Salaried position.
- Work hours are 8:30-5:30 with an hour for lunch.
- This position is eligible for commission in addition to the base salary
- Polo or Casual Office attire that is comfortable and practical for work , but not distracting or offensive to others. Any clothing that has words, terms, or pictures that may be offensive to other employees is unacceptable.
- Eligible for paid holidays after 90 days of employment. We offer many paid holidays, including your birthday as a paid off day along with the day after Superbowl.
- Eligible for paid time off after 6 months of employment.
