Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Superintendent to join our team in the EPC Utility Scale Solar industry. As a General Superintendent, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the construction and installation of utility scale solar projects.

Responsibilities:

• Provide overall leadership and direction to the construction team, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety regulations.
• Coordinate and manage all aspects of the construction process, including scheduling, resource allocation, and subcontractor coordination.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to develop and implement construction plans and strategies.
• Monitor and enforce quality control standards to ensure the highest level of workmanship and adherence to project specifications.
• Conduct regular site visits to assess progress, identify potential issues, and provide guidance to the construction team.
• Manage and resolve any construction-related conflicts or disputes that may arise during the project.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable codes, regulations, and permits.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Provide regular progress reports to senior management, highlighting key milestones, challenges, and opportunities.
• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in the EPC Utility Scale Solar industry.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a General Superintendent in the EPC Utility Scale Solar industry.
• Strong knowledge of solar construction techniques, equipment, and materials.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficient in project management software and tools.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in the construction industry.
• Ability to travel to various project sites as required.
