AcquireUp is seeking a candidate for our direct mail – data / print production coordinator position.

This person will work with our sales team to process data and source print ready files to print/mail vendors. Organize and execute time-critical data and print driven by our direct marketing initiatives. This includes uploading files/information to various apps and our postal gateway and sourcing data/print through our interactive internal app.

Coordinating with the production and sales teams to produce and prioritize jobs, adjusting to deadlines, changes, and implement any updates as needed.

The data portion requires a self-motivated, detail-oriented individual that can work in a fast paced, time sensitive environment, handling multiple projects with data files at different stages of processing.

The print portion requires a strong background in print and mail and is primarily responsible for creating, prioritizing and allocating work orders to multiple print vendors across the country. The goal is optimal efficiencies and cost-effectiveness in the procurement of printed materials, by carefully considering factors like current vendor print volume, recipient location, etc.

Experience with the print business is important as we expect the print coordinator to identify individual jobs that can be prioritized between vendors based on their geographic location and capabilities.

Required:

• 2+ years of MS Office Products (Excel, Access, Word, Outlook).
• Ability to multi-task.
• Be well organized, extremely detail oriented.
• 4+ years print production.
• Knowledge of print ready PDF files and maintain the current status of projects with vendors and internally and advance projects through production.

Additional Preferred:

• Experience working with Data files (Comma Delimited, Tab Delimited, Excel, Access, general Text Files).
• Combining of data files for use of suppression or enrichment (Combining of different outputs format to aid in processing).
• Basic understanding of the direct marketing project process flow and execution.
