• Various locations Fort Myers, Cape Coral, Bonita, Naples
• Primary Care and Specialty (Neurology, Surgery, Allergy, Endocrinology, GI, Pulmonary, Rheumatology, Oncology)

Home Health (Field-Based Roles):

• South Lee County (8 AM - 4:30 PM)
• North Lee County (8 AM - 4:30 PM)
• Central Lee County (8 AM - 4:30 PM)

Specialty Care:

• Fort Myers: Complex Care Center (8:30 AM - 5 PM)

What You'll Do

As an LPN, you'll play a vital role in delivering safe, efficient, and compassionate care by:

• Collecting and documenting patient health data
• Administering treatments and medications safely
• Supporting patient education and ongoing care plans
• Collaborating with RNs, providers, and care teams
• Ensuring compliance with the Florida Nurse Practice Act and Lee Health standards

Requirements

Education :Graduate of an accredited vocational school of nursing required.

Experience :None required. Qualified individuals will successfully complete the competency assessment.

Certification :Proof of American Heart Association Healthcare Provider Basic Life Support (BLS), current for a minimum of 90 days after hire date. 30-hour IV Course may be required based on specialty.

License :Currently licensed as an LPN in the State of Florida.

Other :Communication and interpersonal skills, basic computer skills, and customer service skills required.
