The Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member will play a crucial role in enhancing our client relationships and ensuring a positive experience. This position involves assisting clients with their insurance needs, answering inquiries, and supporting the agent in various administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will be friendly, detail-oriented, and passionate about helping others. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and prospects through phone, email, and in-person interactions.
- Assist clients in understanding their insurance policies and coverage options.
- Process policy changes, claims, and payments accurately and efficiently.
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster loyalty and retention.
- Support the State Farm agent in marketing initiatives and outreach efforts.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.
- Stay informed about State Farm products, services, and industry trends to effectively assist clients.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve overall agency goals and objectives.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.
- 100% onsite position.
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelors degree preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or a related field is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficient in using computer systems and software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- A positive attitude and a genuine desire to help others.
- Insurance license (or willingness to obtain one) is preferred but not required.
