Regional Recruiter - Not a remote position
Must reside in the Florida region market (regular travel to these facilities is required - St. Augustine, Daytona Beach, West Melbourne, Ocala & Crystal River)

NHS Management, a leading provider of long-term care services operating across four states, seeks a highly motivated Regional Recruiter to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a critical role in attracting and hiring top talent for our facilities across the region.
Responsibilities:
- Execute the Company's comprehensive recruitment strategy for multiple long-term care facilities in Florida.
- Be present in the regional facilities at least 80% of the time during the week
- Develop and maintain good relationships with local colleges and universities that offer RN, LPN and CNA curriculums
- Source qualified candidates through various channels, including online job boards, career fairs, and professional networking.
- Conduct phone screenings and schedule interviews with qualified candidates.
- Build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their specific needs and identify ideal candidates.
- Negotiate competitive salary and benefits packages to attract top talent.
- Train new management hires in the approved NHS Hiring process
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in healthcare recruitment.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in healthcare recruitment, preferably in long-term care.
- Proven track record of successfully recruiting qualified candidates for a variety of healthcare positions.
- Strong understanding of the Florida healthcare market.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Proficient in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruiting software.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
