Responsibilities: * Order Coordination: Manage the flow of food orders from the kitchen to the dining area, ensuring that all dishes are prepared and served promptly. * Quality Control: Check each dish for accuracy and presentation before it leaves the kitchen, ensuring it meets the restaurant's standards. * Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact between kitchen staff and waitstaff, relaying information about order status and any issues that arise. * Final Preparation: Assist in the final plating and garnishing of dishes, ensuring they are visually appealing and ready for service. * Problem Resolution: Address any discrepancies or issues with food orders, including delays or mistakes, to maintain customer satisfaction. * Sanitation Standards: Uphold health and safety regulations in the kitchen, ensuring cleanliness and proper food handling practices. Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a restaurant environment, preferably in a similar role, is highly desirable.

Excellent verbal communication skills to effectively coordinate with kitchen and service staff. * Strong ability to manage multiple orders simultaneously and prioritize tasks efficiently. * Keen eye for detail to ensure food quality and presentation meet the restaurant's standards. * Ability to stand for long periods and work in a fast-paced environment * High School Diploma/GED a plus but not required The company also conducts post-offer employment verification, motor vehicle, and criminal background checks.
