Floater On Call - Pathfinders Store
Assist the Store Coordinator in coordinating and managing the store. Perform store sales in a professional manner, assisting customers on a one-on-one basis to place their orders online, fulfilling orders, preparing reports, data entry, confidential credit card record keeping and customer problem resolution. A high level of well-developed office organization skills demonstrated ability to follow through on projects/assignments in a timely manner; high level of tact, friendliness, and other aspects of strongly developed interpersonal skills plus proven organizational and time management skills. The secondary task is to assist the Store Coordinator as needed in other aspects of running the store.
Skills, Education, and Experience Required:
- Excellent customer service, excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong computer/keyboarding skills (Word, Excel, Access, Internet, etc. website templates creation), organized and attentive to detail, self-directed and motivated.
- Must possess the ability to interact and communicate with persons of diverse backgrounds and work well under pressure.
- Absolute confidentiality required.
- Two or more years’ applicable office experience in similar job duties required.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with shopping and purchase experience, i.e., online guidance, password resets, locating desired items, and assist walk-ins, etc.
- Shipping packages and tracking packages not arriving at destination.
- Additional duties as assigned by management.
