Responsibilities:
- Perform OMT, joint injections, and hands-on patient care
- Educate patients on wellness and preventative care
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team
- Maintain detailed EHR records (Epic preferred)
Qualifications:
- DO degree from an accredited program
- Board Certified or Eligible in Osteopathic Medicine
- Experience in OMT, patient care, and pain management
