Job Title:  Project Manager/Program Manager

Location:  Tallahassee, FL (On-site requirement: 5 days a week)

Job Type:  Full-time Contract

Compensation:  Up to $90/hr (flexibility available; potential for relocation assistance)

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Project Manager/Program Manager with expertise in integrating third-party applications into ERP systems, ideally PeopleSoft, to join our team in Tallahassee, FL. The successful candidate will lead projects linking banking/procurement systems to PeopleSoft, ensuring seamless integration within our finance group.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage projects to integrate third-party applications with PeopleSoft ERP systems.
• Prepare and document PeopleSoft queries for the HCM module.
• Create payroll user acceptance testing scripts.
• Facilitate enterprise interface testing, UAT testing, and end-to-end testing in PeopleSoft HCM.
• Develop learning aids and conduct training sessions for both technical and non-technical employees.
• Collaborate with the implementation team to prioritize and manage test scripts.
• Ensure quality and timely completion of projects.
• Interface with stakeholders to ensure project alignment and timely delivery.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of IT and business/industry work experience.
• Proficiency with PeopleSoft HCM module and experience in User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Strong background in document management, relational database systems, data warehousing, and web/system analysis/development.
• Proven track record in managing day-to-day operations and delivering high-quality projects or services.
• Ability to plan, organize, and execute tasks effectively, demonstrating strategic vision development and management skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills to interface with customers and lead project teams.
