Position Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Accountant with strong expertise in Sage Intacct accounting software to join our growing finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and overseeing daily accounting activities, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and supporting month-end and year-end close processes. This role requires a solid understanding of GAAP, internal controls, and financial systems, with an emphasis on leveraging Sage Intacct to drive efficiency and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee general ledger activities, journal entries, account reconciliations, and month-end close processes.
• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Ensure accuracy and compliance with GAAP and internal policies.
• Maintain and improve accounting processes, with a focus on automation and efficiency using Sage Intacct .
• Main point of contact for external auditors.
• Manage fixed assets, accruals, prepaid expenses, and other balance sheet schedules.
• Assist with audits, including preparation of audit schedules and documentation.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 5+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• Hands-on experience with Sage Intacct is a must.
• Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• High level of proficiency with Excel and data analysis.
• Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to meet tight deadlines.
• Experience with integrations between Sage Intacct and other business systems (e.g., Bill.com, Expensify, Salesforce).
