RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsible for daily production scheduling, outbound shipping, and assistance with accounting and supply chain management.

• Prepare and manage work orders
• Create and manage Bill of Material assemblies
• Receive and document work orders
• Prepare, maintain, and review purchase orders, reports and price lists.
• Dispose, recycle or return defective or damaged parts
• HAZMAT compliance
• Assist with supply chain management
• Accounting assistance
• Manage online B2B and B2C store

QUALIFICATIONS

• Proficient with ERP software (preferably SAP Business One)
• Understanding of accounting or finance
• Ability to prioritize tasks
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills, with ability to work well in groups or independently.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

• Education in logistics, accounting or a related field preferred.
• Previous experience in shipping, logistics, supply chain management, and purchasing or a similar position
• SAP Experience Preferred, not required
• MRP/ ERP Experience

LANGUAGE SKILLS

• Effectively communicate and understand job instructions both verbally and written in the English language.
• Ability to effectively communicate with team, vendors and dealers in a professional and respectful manner.
