As a Corporate Marketing Strategist at Zayo, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, engagement, and business growth. Position Overview We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Corporate Marketing Strategist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing and implementing strategic marketing initiatives to elevate brand positioning, enhance customer engagement, and contribute to revenue growth. As a key member of the marketing team, you will collaborate cross-functionally to align marketing efforts with business objectives, ensuring a cohesive and impactful approach. Key Responsibilities Strategic Planning: - Develop and implement comprehensive corporate marketing strategies aligned with Zayo's business goals and market trends.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities, threats, and key industry insights.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define target audiences, value propositions, and competitive differentiators.
Brand Development: - Drive brand awareness and perception through the development and execution of brand-building initiatives.
- Ensure consistent messaging and visual identity across all marketing channels and materials.
- Monitor and analyze brand performance metrics to refine strategies and tactics.
Content Development: - Oversee the creation of compelling and relevant content that resonates with target audiences.
- Collaborate with content creators, copywriters, and designers to produce high-quality materials, including blog posts, whitepapers, presentations, and more.
- Leverage digital channels to amplify marketing efforts
- Monitor and optimize digital campaigns for maximum reach, engagement, and conversion.
- Plan, execute, and measure integrated marketing campaigns that align with business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution across various channels.
Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in corporate marketing strategy, preferably in the technology or telecommunications industry.
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated success in developing and implementing effective marketing campaigns.
