HIRING FOR A MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN- We are currently interviewing for an experienced and qualified technician with at least 1 year of onsite work experience and must have their own set of personal hand tools, reliable transportation, and availability to start a full-time position immediately.
*WEKKLY PAY*
Daily Task Expectations:· Unit Make-Ready/Turnovers
· Maintaining property grounds
· Plumbing
· Electrical
· Carpentry
· Drywall repair
· Painting
· Appliance repair
· Pool maintenance
· Preventative building maintenance Job Requirements:
· General knowledge of all aspects of residential maintenance, ability to troubleshoot resident work orders
