This role requires extensive expertise in a fast-paced acute OR setting, specializing in joint replacement, ortho, spine, and urology surgeries. Key Responsibilities of the RN - Operating Room

• Provide patient care with a focus on surgical procedures such as joint replacement, ENT, and orthopedic surgeries
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Maintain accurate medical records utilizing EMR systems
• Adhere to infection control protocols and safety standards
• Scrub and circulate in a variety of service lines
• Participate in on-call rotation, including nights and weekends

Requirements of the RN - Operating Room

• Active RN license
• BLS and ACLS certifications
• Minimum of 2 years of current experience in an acute OR setting
• Experience in ortho, spine, and joint replacement surgeries
• Preferred PALS and CNOR certifications
