We are currently hiring Sanitation Associates I for a fast-paced production facility in Pompano Beach, FL. This position offers consistent hours, a stable schedule, and the opportunity to work in a structured team environment. Ideal candidates are reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in cold environments.

The Sanitation Associate I is responsible for cleaning and maintaining production areas, equipment, and facilities in a cold environment. This role includes the sanitation of machinery, tools, and workspaces while ensuring all safety and cleanliness standards are met. Candidates must be comfortable working overnight shifts and performing physical tasks in a fast-paced setting.

REQUIREMENTS:

• 0–3 years of related experience

• Ability to work overnight shifts

• Comfortable working in cold environments (30&degree;F–40&degree;F)

• Ability to use cleaning tools (mop, broom, sponges)

• Maintain cleanliness of production equipment and work areas

• Follow safety and sanitation standards

• Strong attention to detail and reliability

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the shift

• Ability to lift and carry materials as needed

• Must wear steel-toe boots

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

• Cold production environment (30&degree;F–40&degree;F)

• Fast-paced facility

• Cleaning of production areas (not janitorial; includes machinery and tools such as tables, dicers, metal detectors, and knives)
